Classes

 

All classes include Prananyama (breathing), Sun Salutations (Warm-ups) followed by a systematic series of asanas.

 

Beginners

This class is suitable for students who have completed Beginner's Course or new students who have some yoga experience or certain ability to follow the instructions given.

Intermediate

This class is suitable for intermediate and advanced students. Asanas will begin with headstand. 12 basic postures and variations will be done in class.



 

Beginners Course

 

A systematic introduction to the theory and practice of yoga for beginners or for anyone looking to renew their practice. This course takes a step by step approach for developing strength, flexibility, good breathing habits, concentration and relaxation through:


-Yoga postures (Asanas)
-Breathing exercises (Pranayama)
-Relaxation exercises
-Introduction to 5 points of yoga
-Basic major asanas and their benefits
